1. Your Right to Withdraw (Consumers from the UK & EU)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right:

  1. Email us at info@fitlab-nutrition.com

  2. Include your order number and full name

  3. Submit your cancellation request within 14 days of delivery

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Your refund will be processed once we have received the returned items in accordance with the regulations.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unopened*

  • Items must be unused*

  • The products need to be in their original, sealed packaging*

  • Safety seals must be intact

  • Opened food supplements cannot be returned due to hygiene and consumer safety laws unless the product is defective.

We may refuse to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

Only the original shipping cost will be refunded if the order was cancelled within 14 days and only if the entire order is returned.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Postage costs for returns are to be covered by the customers unless the item is faulty.

Please use a tracked delivery service.

We are not liable for lost returns in transit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Used products

  • Items without original seals

  • Items on clearance or promotion (unless faulty)

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Exchanges
