How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add what you'd like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete — and we'll be in touch again as soon as it's on its way to you.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship across the UK. Delivery options and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout based on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK delivery typically arrives within 2–5 working days. International orders can take longer depending on your location and local customs processes. Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received this within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us.

I've entered the wrong delivery address — can I change it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at orders [at] fitlab-nutrition [dot] com with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once an order has left our fulfilment centre, we're unable to redirect it.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes — you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging with the safety seal intact. Due to hygiene and consumer safety regulations, we're unable to accept returns of opened food supplements unless the item is faulty. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

How do I request a return or refund?

Email us at info [at] fitlab-nutrition [dot] com with your order number and full name within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the next steps. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@fitlab-nutrition.com, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty goods — and we'll make it right as quickly as we can.

Who covers the cost of return postage?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we're unable to take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers — we never store your full card details. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are handled by trusted, PCI-compliant payment processors. We never see or store your full card number — your financial details go directly to the payment provider via an encrypted connection.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes. Discount codes can be applied at the checkout stage. If you're signed up to our newsletter, you'll be the first to hear about any promotions. Only one discount code can be applied per order, and codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated otherwise.

Are your supplements suitable for vegans?

Yes. All Fit Lab Nutrition formulas are vegan and gluten-free, made with plant-based ingredients and housed in vegetarian capsules. We believe good health should be accessible to everyone, regardless of lifestyle or dietary preference.

Where are your products made?

Fit Lab Nutrition products are made in the UK to trusted manufacturing standards. Quality is something we take seriously at every stage — from ingredient sourcing through to the finished product. We don't cut corners, and we don't add anything that doesn't serve a purpose.

Are your products safe to take alongside medication?

We always recommend consulting your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or managing a medical condition. Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

How should I store my supplements?

Store your supplements in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Do not use a product if the safety seal has been tampered with. Specific guidance is also listed on each product label.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage your details for future purchases. It only takes a moment to set up.

How do you use my personal data?

We only collect the information we need to process your order, manage your account, and occasionally send you updates if you've opted in. How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom — just click it and you'll be removed from our list. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing emails won't affect transactional messages related to your orders.
