Shipping Policy

FIT LAB NUTRITION LIMITED

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://fitlab-nutrition.com/ owned and operated by Fit Lab Nutrition Limited, Company Number: 16291645.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Please note we do not process or dispatch orders on UK Bank Holidays.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Once dispatched, standard delivery times are:

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order reaches £25 or more.

5. COURIER

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. We reserve the right to use an alternative courier of equivalent service where necessary.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your delivery.

7. FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery is unsuccessful Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts your parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery:

  • We will contact you via email
  • A redelivery fee may apply
  • If you no longer require the order a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at time of ordering as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Lost Orders:
Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 15 working days from dispatch date for UK deliveries. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe please contact our customer service team at:

Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged please:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: orders@fitlab-nutrition.com

We will work to resolve all damaged order cases as quickly as possible.

9. BANK HOLIDAYS

We do not process or dispatch orders on UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day.

UK Bank Holidays are not included in estimated delivery times.
